Phase One is the consultation, which takes place in the client's home or office and consists of a question and answer session. The client and professional staff discuss what the client would like to do and their specific needs. We discuss such things as color, fabric, furniture styles, and other preferences. We listen carefully and take notes, asking questions along the way. Ultimately, we use this information to give you a complete design scheme. The initial meeting usually takes two hours. Consultation fees are based on the extent of the project.
Phase Two is the presentation. Our team begins the creative process of developing a scheme individually suited to your needs. Colors and fabrics are selected, furniture styles determined, window coverings chosen, flooring needs addressed. Once these items are chosen, a proposal is submitted to you, the client, for review. After reviewing and agreeing upon the proposal, a retainer fee is collected and we are on our way to Phase Three.
Phase Three is ordering, production and installation. Orders are placed and the production process is begun. Maintaining quality and reasonable time frames are essential to Julia's Interiors. You will be notified immediately on the production time frame. Depending upon your situation, we prefer to schedule all installations in the same day with the exceptions being paint, wallpaper and carpet. Once your new arrivals and fabrications are almost complete, we will call and set an installation date. The staff at Julia's will be available to handle all of the required needs.
Finally, we will bring for your approval anything necessary to complete the room for presentation. You would then have two days to look over these additional items to decide what, if anything, to return. You are under no obligation to keep the additional items.
